While it’s definitely easier and cheaper just to buy a new vape, there are a few things you can do to make yours last a little longer. However, some of these processes are tricky, dangerous, and should be left to professionals. If you’re determined to revive your vape, we’ll walk you through how to recharge or replace your battery, refill or replace your e-liquid cartridge, and troubleshoot other problems you may have.

- Your best bet is to buy a new vape. Replacing a dead battery can be dangerous, costly, and time-consuming.

Determine if the e-liquid cartridge is removable. In most cases, disposable vapes don’t allow you to remove the e-liquid cartridge, but occasionally, you can. To know if this is possible check with the manufacturer or consult your user manual to determine if you can remove it and what type to replace it with. If the manufacturer does not state that the cartridge is removable, do not attempt to take it out.
