Minecraft is a delightful game filled with adventures and many worlds for the imagination. Building a hot tub for your character is another creative way to pass the time in Minecraft. It will add a relaxing ambiance to your home pad. With some lava and a few building materials, you'll have a hot tub in no time.

  1. Normally, it can be found in caves and other places, as long as you look hard enough. Once you find a source, use a bucket to obtain some.
  2. This material is essential, as it serves as the walls of your tub. If you cannot find any, make your own glass .

  • Question
How can I make a volcano?

You can't make an actual working volcano in Minecraft, but you can build a mini mountain that is lopsided. Add and remove blocks until you have the desired shape. If you want to make it look like it is spewing lava, then make a 2-4 block tall tower on top of your "volcano" and pour the lava on top of that top block. It will spread out to cover the block and should run down your whole volcano.
  • Question
But you can’t pour water on top of the lava. It will turn into cobblestone or obsidian. What does that mean? Do you have to make different layers? The article doesn’t show clearly.

You could use campfires to have the smoke effects. To prevent the fire to extinguish, use any block on the floor as it'll go through the block.
  • Question
Will the water touch the lava and become obsidian?

When water touches lava, it doesn’t make obsidian, only if lava touches water. It seems strange but, for example, if you placed a lava bucket in the sea, then that would make obsidian.
