2 cups (16 ounces) light or gold rum
2 cups (16 ounces) cream of coconut

As there are 128 ounces in a gallon and the recipe yields about 70 ounces, multiplying all ingredients by nine would result in around 630 ounces, which is close to the 640 ounces in five gallons.
