While you can't post anonymously in general on Facebook, you can create anonymous posts in Facebook groups that enable anonymous posting. When you post anonymously in a Facebook group, you can ask questions and share thoughts without others seeing your name or profile picture. This is useful if you're looking for help on an embarrassing subject or want to keep something a secret from others.
