I forgot my password and I can't create the new one because the message is showing too many attempts try again in a few hours. I tried after 24 hours but it doesn't work still, what should I do?

Wait a week, and then you can create a new account and just use that, it may take some time, (it won't let you have new accounts quickly, so you sometimes need your phone number).
