    There are many different ways to customize your own detox smoothie. I recommend using 1 cup of liquid, like almond milk, coconut milk, or juice as the base. Then, add 2-3 cups of greens, 1 cup of fruit, and 1 tablespoon of protein powder, chia seeds, or hemp seeds.
