In the first 48 hours after getting the extensions, it may knock them off entirely. The bond of the glue is too weak in this time period, and the water may just totally dissolve the glue. After that, you're good to go.

I recommend cleansing them with an eyelash extensions cleanser while you're in the shower. That little step can go a long way to keeping the extensions looking good.

Yes, you can shower with fake lashes. Just know that you may risk getting a build up of makeup stuck in the lashes. Make sure to clean the lashes thoroughly if this is the case, to keep you looking fresh.

Avoid getting your eyelash extensions wet. Water will cause the lash bond to become brittle and break. After the 48 hour period, you're safe to shower again. It's a myth that you should never get your eyelash extensions wet once having a new set, in-fact quite the opposite!
