Mirror your screen on a Roku streaming device

You can project your phone or computer's screen to your Roku TV using Screen Mirroring. For iOS, you can also use AirPlay. You'll just need to connect to the same Wi-Fi network. Here's how to screen mirror Roku TV using an iPhone, iPad, Android, or Windows computer.
Casting Your Device to a Roku TV
If you want to cast an iPhone or Android to your Roku TV, connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network and tap the Screen Mirroring icon. For Windows, open your Display settings to connect to a wireless display. Select your Roku device.
Steps

Connect your Roku and iOS device to the same Wi-Fi network . This is how your Roku and iPhone or iPad will link together.

Open the Control Center . Swipe down on the top-right corner of the screen. If you have a Home button, swipe up from the bottom.Advertisement

Tap Screen Mirroring . This is the two overlapping rectangles.
- The full menu should open with a list of devices.

On your Roku, select Always allow . If you only want content from your device to be mirrored for the current section, select Allow instead. [2] X Research source

Open the System menu on your Android. Swipe down from the top to do so.

Tap Screen Mirroring . It may also look like Cast or Smart View . You may need to swipe to the next page of apps to find it.
- If you can't find it, open the Settings and look for Display , Connected Devices , or similar.

Tap your Roku device. This will be listed underneath the available connections.

On your Roku, select Always allow . If you only want content from your device to be mirrored for the current section, select Allow instead.
- To stop screen mirroring, open the System menu and tap the Screen Mirroring icon again.
