Set a Sleep Timer for Music

Tap the "Now Playing" area at the bottom of the Spotify app. This is where you see the name of the song you're listening to. A larger view of the Now Playing screen will open.

Scroll down and select Sleep timer . It'll be near the end of the menu.

Choose when to stop playing audio. You can choose from various options, including 5 minutes , 10 minutes , 15 minutes , 30 minutes , 45 minutes , 1 hour , or End of track . Once selected, your Spotify sleep timer will be activated.
- You can disable the timer by returning to the Sleep timer menu and selecting Turn off timer .

Set a Sleep Timer for Podcasts

Tap the "Now Playing" area at the bottom of the Spotify app. This is where you see the name of the podcast you're currently listening to. A larger view of the Now Playing screen will open.

Set a Sleep Timer in Your iPhone's Clock App
