You should see a number representing how many accounts you're following, and tapping on this will display each account.

You can look through categories, like those most shown in Feed or those you've had the least interaction with. Alternatively, you can browse the list of those you're following in an alphabetical list.

If you have an older account (more than 4 weeks old), you're able to unfollow 200 accounts a day. If your account is less than 4 weeks old, that number will be more restricted. However, be aware that mass unfollowing accounts may result in your account being banned. ^{[2]
