Go to Apps and tap Calendar . If you’re using iOS 18, scroll down and tap Apps , then find Calendar under the C header.
- If you’re using an earlier version of iOS, it's usually in the fifth grouping of menu options next to an icon of a calendar.

Tap Calendar Accounts . This option is at the top of the Calendar menu.
- In earlier versions of iOS, tap Accounts . This is usually under the "Siri & Search" menu option.

Tap Add Account . You'll see this under the "Accounts" header and below any other accounts you have added to your iPhone.
- If you already have your Outlook account added, tap it and then tap the switch next to "Calendars" to toggle it on.

Tap Outlook.com and sign into your Outlook account. This is usually the last option in the menu above “Other.”
- If prompted, give permission for the app to sync your iPhone's data.

Tap the switch next to "Calendars" to toggle it on . A green switch means the feature is enabled, and the calendars from your Outlook account will sync to your iPhone's Calendar app. This switch may be enabled by default after you add your account.
- Tap Save in the top right corner to save your settings. Your accounts should now be synced.
