Want to scroll through your X, formerly known as Twitter feed without having to load every image? This wikiHow teaches you how to prevent previews of image or video content from appearing in your X feed when you're using an iPhone or iPad. And while you can't block all photo and video previews when using X on your computer, you can turn on the feature that prevents explicit or sensitive content from appearing in your feed.

Disabling Image Previews on Twitter/X

You can only fully disable image previews on the X mobile app. To do this, open the app, tap your profile image in the top-left corner, then tap Settings and Support > Settings and privacy > Accessibility, display, and languages > Display and sound . Then, toggle off Media previews .
