Steps

Open Settings. Press Win + I or click the Windows logo to open the Start menu and click the gear icon.

Click Keyboard . You'll see it in the panel on the left under "Interaction."

Click the switch next to "Use the On-Screen Keyboard" to turn it on . Press Win + Ctrl + O to turn the on-screen keyboard off and on.
