Rest assured that it’s totally normal for a 14-year-old to be interested in dating, and this is a healthy, important part of growing up. However, that doesn’t mean that their relationship will look a whole lot like a regular adult relationship. What Should a Relationship Between 14 Year Olds Look Like?

A young teenager in a relationship should be enriched by their partner, excited to date, and able to disconnect for family and friends as needed. Keep an eye out for budding obsessions and toxic fights, and do your best to give them enough room to make mistakes without putting themselves in danger.
