That depends on how you mean by that it "crashed". Did the PS4 stop working altogether when you connected it to the TV, or is there just no display? Try a different HDMI cable or monitor. If you can get a display on any other screen than your TV, there's most likely something wrong with your TV or its HDMI port, and not the actual console itself.
