  7. Mix a can of spinach with three beaten eggs, some chopped onion, a cup of milk, some chopped bacon, and a few slices of provolone cheese and pour into pie shell and bake at 400 °F (204 °C) for 30-40 minutes.

    I know it sounds tedious, but double or triple up some layers of paper towels and lay some spinach on it out the pan just before adding it to the omelette. Dab the spinach with an equal layer on top to suck up additional moisture.
