If I add photos of my life, everybody will recognize me, and if I use an email, can't my IP address be tracked?

Not really. Your photos don't have to include family, friends, popular places nearby your area, or you. Some people even take pictures of themselves in masks or customes for fun, or obscure, artsy pictures in which not much of their face can be seen. Your IP, however, could be tracked.

Can I use someone's Instagram photos for my fake Facebook profile?

Instagram is owned by Facebook now, which means if you use a photo sourced from Instagram, they'll easily know where the original came from. The same is true of random photos pulled from a web search - Facebook is very pervasive and their AI can and likely does do its own pattern match search for face pictures you upload, and match the originals, thus exposing your account's fakeness. And they will probably hassle you for further verifications. The way to get photos for your fake account is to take them yourself. Be sure geotagging is off on your phone's camera settings, otherwise the photo will tell Facebook where you were when you took it.
