Hi Guys,

I am Benson from US. I have a Dell computer 12 years old. 

I am face lot of problems like computer running slow, antivirus not working, windows issues and internet issues. Any body help me “How can fix this type of issues”

While I’m no tech support specialist, I do recommend backing up Windows and performing a clean install or reset. This will allow you to start fresh and will remove any malware. Read one of these guides based on your Windows version:

I recommend you, to download, install and use the following programs as mentioned below. If you have problems with downloading this directly on the Dell computer, ask a friend or load it by a second computer.

First, use CC-Cleaner to remove all junk files. After that, you need to run Auslogics Disk Defrag for defragmenting your hard disk. After that start your computer again and install the other two programs.
