I will be able to edit from time to time from school and library computers, but not near as much as normal.

The full scan takes a good while (sometimes over three hours depending on how much stuff you have on your computer). But if you do this scan (available in the free version) once a month and remove the threats your computer will work fine.

And if you use Windows 7 Security, your computer may not be infected. W7S is really a virus.
Get this, I was hacked by Norton Security! Ironic
Yeah, you won’t believe how much Norton can clog your computer. I have a pretty fast processor, but Norton still slows it down. I adjusted the options to stop all of the quick checks - that keeps my computer running, for now.
I don’t have Norton, I’ve got Mcafe.
