I’ve seen several articles with them, but my edit was reverted when I attempted to add one to an article to replace a shorter dash. In another edit I received a Thumbs Up when doing an edit that included adding em dashes. Just to be safe, I won’t use any more em dashes for now. Cheers!

As far as I know, we don’t have any specific guidelines on em dashes. We try not to get too picky with that kind of ‘rule’ - to avoid us all getting bogged down in any unnecessary limits! I’ve seen them used and think it’s fine in the right context. Our content team uses them according to typical punctuation rules. I often use dashes myself, but honestly get lazy and use the en dash instead of the em dash most of the time… not ideal on my part! But I’ve also never seen any readers express confusion as a result so it’s probably not the end of the world:stuck_out_tongue:Anyway, if you want to use em dashes, I don’t see a problem. I think, go for it! For anyone else interested in the difference between dash types, I found this guide that might help: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/why-you-should-love-the-em-dash/
