There’s one article that is repeatedly recreated to be deleted for the same reason. If you look at the discussion page, the messages informing of deletion are barely far enough apart for the deletion waiting period. Is there anything we can do to prevent it being recreated? Here’s the discussion page: http://www.wikihow.com/Discussion:Be-Like-Flynn-from-the-Show-Shake-It-Up
There is a way to prevent recreation by replacing the page with the following line: #REDIRECT
[[wikiHow:Deleted Article]] The current version doesn’t match the deleted version, nor does it have the same creator. If you think it violates the NFD policy for cha (I don’t form an opinion, I avoid cha articles), I suggest touching base with an admin and then redirecting it as shown above.

How did you figure out if it had the same creator? I was trying to do that but couldn’t.
Admins can see specifics of deleted articles that boosters cannot.
Also, after you redirect the page, fully protect it too, so that the author doesn’t try to revert your redirect.
I redirected the page due to being deleted numerous times for the same reason. I didn’t protect it though. It’s not needed.
