On a separate topic, it would be useful to make the guide 9 Ways to Whitelist wikiHow on an Ad Blocker - wikiHow
linked on the “You have an adblock enabled” portions of the site.

The missing edit link is known to the team, but I’m not sure if/when it might return.
I will pass on the suggestion to link the article on the adblocker note.

Oh, and you do not need to show “we noticed you are using an adblocker” on the “How to whitelist wikiHow” page.
