In tons of other threads, we’ve been getting tons of fatal errors; and in patrolling, we can’t revert edits because of that. To clear it up, this is how to patrol while these errors are going on. 1. Check for good edits normally, you can still use the Thumbs Up Button. 2. When you cone across an edit you have to patrol, select “Current Reversion”. 3. Go to *History* and click the diff of the last edit before the vandalized one. 4. Click edit, copy/paste everything from the old good edit. 5. Go back to the RC tab and paste everything in “Quick edit”. 6. Leave a message for the author like normal. * You can also put “Revert to last good” in the summary. == Tips == * If you see a good edit, with a tiny word error, quick edit and fix it. The steps above are for major edits spam. =) June Days

Nice tips, June! This’ll do nicely until the problems can be fixed.

Update: Try patrolling the old-fashioned way: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&hidepatrolled=1 Seems to work perfectly fine for me:slight_smile:(Just click on “diff” on the first page on the list)

Yeah, hey, I was doing that, too…Too much quick editing the other way. =P June Days

Everything that had a fatal error before, now works just like it did a few days ago. Thanks.

This is indeed fixed.
