Yes. The mobile forums are that way.
I’d rather they allow the ability to switch to desktop view on the mobile forums first.

On the mobile wikiTutor Forums, it gives you the option to switch desktop view. And it uses Vanilla.
I was thinking the same thing, as I too am using an iPod touch, when viewing the forums.
