Hi. I’m using an iPad ATM, and I noticed that when I got a thumbs up, I was able to hide the notification (X button), but when I opened another page it was there again. Logging in from a computer solved the problem. Why is this?
I’m not exactly sure, but mobile devices aren’t great for searching the web. It’s probably just Safari’s problem, not wikiHow’s.
I’ve been having that same problem on my iPad ever since I got my first thumbs-up. I agree that it’s a Safari issue, as I can get rid of it on a non-mobile device. Can someone confirm this?
I have Safari on my Mac. Should I try that and ask Krystle to give me a thumbs up to test it? Because it may be an iPad or iOS only issue
That’s a good idea. It probably is just an iOS issue.
It is just an issue on mobile devices. This bug was first noticed a long time ago.

Unfortunately yes, this is a mobile issue. Our site isn’t optimized for mobile devices (yet) but we’re working on it!
