After a string of emails with @Krystle , she asked that I make a quick announcement (which I hope she will elaborate on some when she gets back on Tuesday). We have a new intern! Truth be told I don’t know too much about them, but let’s all welcome ‘WikiHow Intern’! Their user page can be found here: wikihow.com/User:WikiHow-Intern I mostly made the thread to prevent any confusion over whether the account was an actual intern account (just in case anyone was wondering :D).

Whats a intern

I see she’s been doing many {{textscroller}} additions and edits around the site. Anyway, welcome!

Ok

I was wondering; thanks @KernelPone . Welcome @WikiHow-Intern !

-_-

Yea, I saw them while patrolling. I did it to this article: http://www.wikihow.com/Structure-Paragraphs-in-an-Essay :stuck_out_tongue:

Do we have a name for this “new intern”? Or are we welcoming the account named “wikihow intern” which is used by new interns until they learn the ropes? Inquiring minds want to know…

Welcome!

LOL Lois! And welcome new intern! (: June Days

I really don’t know. All I was told is that we have a new intern.

Welcome new intern!

Thanks KrystlePone!

Welcome, and glad to have you WH Intern!

Welcome

Welcome!

>

Thanks @KernelPone :slight_smile:Just to clarify - This is an account that interns will be using from time to time for their tasks. Since we often have new interns (even I have trouble keeping track sometimes) we’re experimenting with having a central intern account that they can use to help avoid confusion when they make lots of edits from their personal accounts. Even when they clarify that they’re an intern on their user page, their edits often get rolled back, so having an official sounding account might help with that.
