I was thinking that there could be an update to the Community Dashboard and I wanted to get consensus.

I think the Special Pages link should also be put in the Community Dashboard for easier access if you are using a mobile device or you cannot access the Special Pages list normally. Here’s a screenshot of a place for the link on the Community Dashboard:

Why don’t you add it to a Mylinks sidebar solely for your use if you so please? I’ve had it on mine for quite some time, and although now clunky to get to like-wise (MyLinks no longer available on the home page for quick retrieval), if you head to another page in your Userspace, it’ll work there. And besides, those coming to the Dashboard won’t want to get into working on the scripts we have that will seem clunky and tough for them.
