I understand that there was a lot of debate on the last discussion. To clarify, this yearbook will be for purely fun and to lift the spirits of our fantastic wiki-community up. This discussion is NOT up for debate. It is completely up to you weather you choose to participate. Please fill out this form below if you wish to be included in the project. The form will be able to be filled out for a few months so that we can avoid having to many people upst about not being included.

@Zachariah05 - Well you certainly don’t need my personal approval! From the point of view of the wikiHaus, I believe a fun side project like this is totally fine, as long as you make it clear it’s unofficial. 

So I’d just make sure to clarify “unofficial” on any threads/forms/notes/etc, and if you’re making some separate item (slideshow/book/site/whatever), I believe you’d need to avoid use of the logo/tagline/color scheme as well, but I can check on that for you with the legal brains. (To be clear, that isn’t because of some personal preference of anyone at the wikiHaus - there are just legal implications beyond our control for use of those features, when it comes to retaining the brand trademark; legally, allowing use of the logo and similar features for outside, unconnected or unofficial endeavors risks wikiHow losing the trademark for the whole project and opens a loophole for copycat sites and so on. So if this kind of use comes under that aspect of the law - which I can check for you - that could be bad… To avoid that, you’d just need to avoid using anything that’s trademarked.)

Seeing as the form has been posted here my thread can die off aha. Only problem is that most people don’t have a New South Wales DoE account Zach, is there a way if doing it without having that login?

@Zach I think that that form would be great except having an option to put a “senior quote” or something would be awesome!
