I cant send Emails

Is the notice that pops up “You must be logged in and have a valid e-mail address in your preferences to send e-mail to other users,” when you click E-mail [Username here]? As the notice says, make sure you have a valid email address in your preferences. Let me know if it is a different problem.
Please let me know what is displayed when you try to send ? Regards

Do you mean when you have an email in preferences? If so, a box will appear where you can type in your email. There will be a button that says “Send.” If you don’t have an email set up in preferences, it won’t appear.
Maybe wrong email address
