Uhhh… ok, what is the problem? Why can’t you send it?

Did you set an email in your preferences? You must set one first before sending emails to others. If you already did, this may be a bug.

You must confirm your email address prior to being able to send mail to other users. To confirm your email address, first set it in your preferences. Then, click the “confirm” link in the email sent to you.
