- Select your old email address and tap Delete email .

Tap Settings . You can find this at the top of the menu.

4Tap Accounts Center . It's near the top of the screen.

5Tap Personal details . It's under the "Account settings" header.

6Tap Contact info . This option is at the top of the menu.

7Tap Add new contact .

9Enter your new email address. Type the new email address into the field at the top.

10Select your account(s) and tap Next . If you have multiple accounts linked, you can select which ones to apply the new email address to. Once you tap Next , a confirmation code will be sent to your new email address.

11Confirm your confirmation code. Once confirmed, your new email address will be linked to your Facebook account.
- This should return you to the Contact Information screen. If it doesn't, tap the back button to return there now.
- If you want, you can keep both email addresses connected to your Facebook account and use either to log in. But if you won't be using that email address anymore, you can continue with this method to delete it.

12Delete your old email address. If you don't want to keep your old email address connected to your Facebook account, tap it on the Contact Information screen, select Delete email , and follow the on-screen instructions to remove it.

Click your profile picture at the top-right corner of Facebook. This will open a menu.

If you have more than one Meta account (such as an Instagram account or a second Facebook account), you can add the new email address to as many of these accounts as you'd like. 11Confirm your new email address. Enter the code you received via email, click Next , and then click Close . Your new primary email address is now available on Facebook.

12Delete your old email address. If you don't want to keep your old email address associated with your Facebook account, click to select it on the Contact Info screen, click Delete email , and follow the on-screen instructions to remove it from Facebook.
