    Expert Answer
If you notice that your email is being flooded with random spam mail, that's a sign that it's been hacked. You can also visit haveibeenpwned.com and enter your email address to see whether it's been compromised in a data breach. If you're worried your email has been hacked, change your password right away.
  • Question
What do I do if the hacker changed the username and/or password?
    Community Answer
Press "Forgot Email?" or "Forgot Password" and you should be redirected to a screen that asks for your email if you selected "Forgot Password?". You should then verify your email and you then can create a new password and, if you would like to, sign into Google security with a phone number which can prevent future incidents.
  • Question
Can I find out the hacker's e-mail or anything?
    Community Answer
Most likely you can't. If you were hacked, report it to Google.
