Do Virgos and Capricorns have good compatibility?

Capricorn here. Recently found out the person that I like is a Virgo, and I can't say I've ever been with one before. It seems like there's some chemistry there when we've been hanging out, but I'm not really sure if we're good for the long-term. We feel pretty compatible emotionally and physically, but I'm nervous of course. Does any other Capricorn here have experience being with a Virgo and want to tell me if it was a good match?

Oh man, I'm also a Cap and have been with a Virgo and I feel like our connection has been electric. They're both earth signs, so that already means you share a lot of the same qualities so you're definitely really compatible. Plus, I bet you will really feel *romantic* and have that physical connection with each other.

I'd say be a little careful of a Virgo being indirect about how they're feeling compared to being straightforward as a Capricorn. You may just have to take a moment and try to have those deeper conversations so you don't have a miscommunication.

Also, make sure that you make some time in your regular routine to find the romance when/if you start seriously dating. Get them some flowers, plan a special date, do something a little extra so you can keep your relationship strong for the long term :)

Capricorn here. My Virgo and I got off to a slow start. It took her some time to open up to me, but I was patient and supportive. Near the beginning of our relationship, I asked her how I can make her feel comfortable with me. She's told me how to make her feel safe and secure, and I put in the effort to do that as best as I can. It feels incredible to have nurtured her love and trust in me!

I'm a Virgo and I found that something I have in common with my Capricorn boyfriend is that we're both pretty critical and tend towards perfectionism. On one hand, it's nice to have someone who understands me, and together we've pushed each other to succeed. On the other hand, all the criticism can be a lot. I have to remind myself to give my boyfriend positive feedback in addition to constructive criticism, and I've asked him to do the same for me.
