Dove Cameron identifies as bisexual and queer. She came out in an interview in the Gay Times
in 2021, and her music has also referenced her queer identity. Her song “Boyfriend,” in particular, is about having feelings for a girl who has a boyfriend. Currently, Cameron is in a relationship with a man, Italian singer Damiano David.
