Your skin is affected by your body's hormones, stress, and even the weather. When your skin starts to feel dry, it's important to apply a moisturizer. This will hydrate your skin and prevent itchiness. But, if you want to ensure that your moisturizer contains all-natural products and no chemicals, you may want to make your own using ingredients you probably already have in your home.

Add aloe vera gel. Measure out 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of aloe vera gel into the mixing bowl with the oil. If you want to use aloe vera gel directly from the plant, score a piece of aloe vera using a knife. Peel away the sides to reveal the cool gel in the middle of the piece.
