Can I add more files to a flash drive that is already holding information, or do I have to format it first?

It depends. If your flash drive has enough space to support more information, then you do not need to format it first. You can just keep adding files to it until it runs out of space. If the information to be added does exceed the storage capacity, you will need to remove some files first, or format the drive to completely remove all existing files.

What if I can't find the USB drive to save to?

Open the Start Menu, click Computer in the right hand pane, and the drive should show up in the Computer Explorer window that opens. It could have various names, but it will be something other than drive C: and the DVD drive. If it doesn't show up, it may have formatting or other issues and the computer isn't reading it.

Sure it's possible. Simply transfer the files to your PC or laptop (via Bluetooth or cable), and then use software like Nero or Ashampoo to burn them to DVD. Depending on your Windows version, you can even use the native "Burn File to CD/DVD" function, the newer ones are rather capable.

Can videos taken with a tablet be downloaded to a flash drive?

Yes. Connect the charging cable to your tablet and plug the USB end to a computer. Copy the video files over to a new folder on your computer and wait for them to finish copying over. After that is done, you can disconnect the tablet from the computer and insert the USB flash drive. Open the flash drive and drag the folder with the videos to the flash drive folder. Wait for them to finish transferring, then eject the flash drive.
