First of all, formulate your purpose. Why did you open this coffee shop, and what made you do it? It is a part of the description of the deeper motivations and values behind your venture. Then comes your mission statement. What are you going to do to get there, specifically? This will be important to your team and, of course, to your potential investors. It's also important for the customer too, who creates emotional attachments with products and services by associating values with them. Share your purpose, vision, and mission to strike the chords deep inside your audience in order to create loyalty by letting them know your business stands for much more than cups of coffee.
