I have a Samsung 350 and an HP 8 computer -- I cannot transfer my photos to the computer. Why might this be?

You have to upload your files to a cloud account and then download from there. You cannot link them because you camera does not have a PC operating system to connect to. Bluetooth would work if they both support it, but it's easier to just connect them with a USB cable. Gmail gives you a free cloud account -- just use that if you'd like.

How do I transfer pictures from an iPad to a computer?

Unplug the iPad charging cord from the wall plug, which should leave you with a USB end. This can then be plugged into the computer, with the other side being plugged into the iPad. Once they are connected, a pop-up should be displayed on the computer which should allow you to transfer images from one to the other.

What do I do if my camera shows "busy" when I am trying to transfer images to my computer?

Try shutting the camera off first, then try shutting down the computer. After you've rebooted them, try the transfer again. If the camera still shows "busy," it could just be that there are too many files to convert/transfer at one time. If that is the case, you could try transferring one file at a time until you have them all done. You may even have to reboot both systems after each transfer.

Why do I have to format my memory card reader when doing this?

You have to do this because some cameras only accept certain types of formats (usually FAT32 or EXFAT). I suggest taking any files you want from you card off of said card as formatting erases all data.
