    Community Answer
    The steps are the same.
  • Question
I cant find my Minecraft server folder on my computer. What can I do?
    Community Answer
You have to make one, as it is not made for you. If you have already made one and you can't find it, search for it in Finder or click on the Windows button and enter its name.
  • Question
How do I change back to version 1.7.10 on Linux from version 1.8?
    Community Answer
You can't downgrade unless you saved the earlier version's files when the upgrade came out.
  • Question
When I try to run the server, it starts and then it closes on its own. Any help?
    Community Answer
Right click the batch file you tried opening the server with, then click "Edit." Delete the number in minecraft.1.12.1.jar or whatever version number you have so it changes to minecraft.jar and then save the file. Then go to your server folder. Rename the .jar file to minecraft.jar and save it. It should work now!
  • Question
This worked just fine, but everything I had built in the nether was deleted. Is there some way to get that back?
    Community Answer
If you backed up everything, then your just replace your nether world with the backed-up nether. If you have the plugin multiverse, you can add it as an additional world and in-game do "/mv import nether".
