If it's your video, you can delete it from your channel's dashboard. You cannot delete a video that you didn't upload. You can, however, report a video if it violates YouTube's community guidelines, and if it does, YouTube will delete it. If you're talking about removing a video from your watch history, you can either remove a video individually or clear all.
