Click â‹® . It's the icon with three dots in the upper-right corner of the email message you want to save. This displays a drop-down menu.
- This is not the same as the "More" button in the menu bar above the email chain. That will display a different menu.

Click Print . It's in the menu that appears when you click the icon with three dots. This opens the Print menu.
- Alternatively, you can click the icon that resembles a printer in the upper-right corner to the right of the subject line. This will allow you to save the entire email chain rather than just one email message.
