Sometimes game companies, like Activision, crack down on cheaters, hackers, and/or stolen accounts. While this is usually a good thing, but sometimes innocent players can get caught in the crosshairs. Go to the official Activision support page to submit an appeal. Log in to your account and select the game and platform you were banned from. Write a polite letter of appeal and include any evidence supporting your case. Submit your appeal and allows several weeks for Activision to respond to you.

Go to https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal in a web browser. You can use any web browser on your Mac, PC, or mobile device.

Log in to your Activision account. To do so, click Log in to Continue and then log in with the email address and password associated with your Activision account.
- Alternatively, you can click one of the icons at the bottom to log in with your PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, or Steam account, if you were banned on one of those platforms.

Read the statement and click Continue . The information on screen provides information about Activision’s Security and Enforcement policy and what to do if you suspect your account has been hacked. Read the information and click Continue at the bottom.

Read the information and click AGREE AND CONTINUE . The information on screen informs you that all account infractions are the account holder’s responsibility, no matter who was playing at the time. Your ban will only be overturned if it is determined the infraction is due to unauthorized activity. Click Agree and Continue at the bottom to continue.
- Temporary bans, shadowbans, and accounts under review cannot be appealed.

Write a letter of appeal. Write a detailed and polite letter of appeal. Make sure you include your account name, date the ban occurred, and why you think your account shouldn’t be banned. Be sure to include any evidence to support your case.

Click Submit . This will submit your appeal. Activision will contact you when an investigation is complete and let you know their decision. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few months for them to respond. Be patient. Avoid submitting more appeals until you have heard a response.
