Summer Edition: Arctic Berry The Arctic Berry flavor is Red Bull’s 2025 Summer Edition flavor, and for good reason. The light, icy blue can evoke the same icy blue color of the arctic, while the raspberry flavor provides a sweet, refreshing taste that’s perfect for the summer. When chilled or served over ice, this Arctic Berry blasts you with cool, sweet flavors that are perfect for a summer night. [1]
  2. 2
Tropical Also known as the Yellow Edition, this Red Bull flavor brings out hints of tropical passion fruit. While the taste may not be everyone’s cup of tea, as the passion fruit doesn’t have the most distinct flavor profile, the sweetness of the Tropical Yellow Edition still packs a light punch, making it a great choice if you enjoy hints of fruity sweetness. Amber Edition Rather than taking inspiration from its flavor, the Amber Edition gets its name from the burnt-orange can it comes in. As for its flavor profile, it offers hints of strawberry and strong elements of apricot. This makes for a drink with a sweet smell, but a more subtle, bitter taste. This dupe of an experience makes the Amber Edition off-putting for some, but a pleasant surprise for others. [3]
  4. 4
Classic Red Bull Sometimes, simple is best. In the case of Red Bull flavors, simple is definitely up there. The sweet, carbonated, clear liquid gives off sharp hints of apple (albeit artificial). While the artificial taste isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, this classic flavor is beloved by millions of Red Bull drinkers, so much so that it’s inspired all of the other flavors on this list! [4]
    • The classic flavor has also inspired mixed alcoholic drinks, like Vodka Red Bull.
  5. 5
Peach Edition When you crack open a Peach Edition Red Bull, the peach flavor meets your nose like a visit to a peach orchard. The peach flavor is paired with a nectarine flavor that meshes with it extremely well, making for a sweet hug on the tongue. While there could be more in terms of combination and kick, that doesn’t make this flavor any less appealing to your sweet tooth. [5]
  6. 6
Coconut Edition This one’s a game-changer for coconut lovers. Although some coconut flavors tend to overdo it with the coconut, Red Bull’s Coconut Edition balances the flavor with blue raspberry. While the combination of coconut and blue raspberry may sound peculiar, the balance between the two makes for a tasty sipping experience. [6]
  7. 7
Blue Edition Like the name suggests, the Blue Edition of Red Bull offers artificial blueberry flavors for you to enjoy. It was one of the first new flavors launched by Red Bull back in 2012, and its goodness has been proven by its staying power. Although it’s got a bit of a cough-syrup-y taste, the carbonation helps offset it. [7]
  8. 8
Red Edition The Red Edition of Red Bull has a watermelon flavor, and the liquid in the can makes that known with its red hue. It has a strong watermelon flavor that comes with an odd aftertaste. It has a standard candy smell, but the initial taste is more subdued, with the strong watermelon flavor pairing well with the carbonation and standard Red Bull flavor. [8]
  9. 9
Pink Edition The Pink Edition of Red Bull holds the title of “Wild Berry,” and as one of Red Bull's newer flavors, it really has to live up to its name. Luckily, it does, offering a raspberry taste that’s paired with herbal notes of verbena, which has a lemony citrus taste. While some find the Pink Edition too artificial, others love the taste! It all depends on whether or not you enjoy natural flavors over artificial ones (and vice versa).
  10. 10
Sea Blue While this Red Bull edition may seem like a more flavorful rendition of the Blue Edition, the Sea Blue Red Bull actually draws its profile from the Juneberry, a berry that looks like blueberries but tastes more like a mix between grape, blueberries, and cherries. When you take a sip, you’re met with a sweet, tangy flavor that gradually transforms into something bitter. So if you’re looking for the best of both worlds, grab the Sea Blue. [9]
  11. 11
Green Edition The Green Edition boasts a dragon fruit flavor that’s neither subtle nor sour. The bold sweetness separates it from the flavors of traditional dragon fruit, which are a lot more subdued. Because of this, the Green Edition may not be the best choice if you’re looking for an authentic dragon fruit taste. But if you’re looking for something sweet, this one’s right up your alley. [10]
  12. 12
Red Bull Zero The Red Bull Zero’s low-calorie benefit has its drawbacks, particularly with taste. It uses sucralose and acesulfame potassium, making for an artificial sweet flavor that tastes more like chemicals than it does a classic Red Bull. If you’re eager for a zero-calorie Red Bull, this may be the flavor for you, but if not, you’re better off going with another flavor. [11]
  13. 13
Sugarfree While the Sugarfree Red Bull boasts a sugarless, low-caloric experience, it’s also one of the less enjoyable flavors on this list. It’s about 200 times sweeter than regular sugary Red Bulls thanks to the acesulfame potassium and aspartame sugar substitutes, but that gives it a more artificial, chemical-driven flavor profile that’s unfortunately not very tasty. Best Discontinued Red Bull Flavors

  1. 1
Tangerine The tangerine Red Bull flavor once graced shelves with a flavor reminiscent of orange soda. It took the traditional Red Bull flavor and paired it with refreshing tangerine, making for a flavor that didn’t do too much. In fact, this flavor mixed natural and artificial ingredients, creating a perfect balance that we wish was still in stores. [13]
  2. 2
Pomegranate As a former Winter Edition flavor, the Pomegranate Red Bull flavor was a great option, as it delivered a sweet, tart taste that was perfect for the season. The strong smell of pomegranate danced into your nostrils when you opened the can, preparing you for an equally strong taste (that included hints of classic Red Bull, of course). While this one’s no longer available to buy in store, we hope that it returns soon so it can land higher on our list. [14]
  3. 3
Kiwi Apple This former Summer Edition flavor was a staple among Red Bull lovers back in the day. The bold apple and subtle kiwi flavors balanced for a refreshing, thirst-quenching flavor that wasn’t too sweet, making it perfect for a hot summer day. While it’s no longer available, we’ll be patiently waiting for the day it (hopefully) returns to stores. [15]
  4. 4
Sugar Free Pear The Sugar Free Pear Red Bull flavor offers an artificial sweetener in place of the traditional sugars present in Red Bull. While this provides a healthy alternative (which is complemented by the sweet aromas of pear), it also gives the flavor a chemical aftertaste that overpowers the pear flavor and leaves a sip that can be too sweet for comfort. With the overwhelming qualities of this seemingly soft flavor, it’s no wonder why it was discontinued. [16]
  5. 5
Cranberry As a part of the original lineup of flavored editions back in 2012, the Cranberry Red Bull flavor offered sweet, tart tastes with each sip. The sips weren’t overwhelmingly sweet, nor were they anything to write home about. Seeing how the flavor of the Cranberry edition didn’t have much popularity outside of Thanksgiving, it’s not surprising that the company eventually discontinued it. [17]
  6. 6
Fig Apple This former Winter Edition flavor boasted hints of floralness and apple, seemingly a great flavor profile for the season. Unfortunately, the fig and the apple didn’t mesh too well, making for an apple taste that’s slightly overpowered by the fig and confusing to the tongue. Due to its limited wintertime availability, it’s been discontinued (and maybe for good reason). [18]
