Canceling a Facetune Subscription on an iPhone
- Click on the “Settings” app and select your name at the top of the screen.
- Choose “Subscriptions” to manage all your active subscriptions, then hit “Facetune.”
- Select the “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom of the screen to end your subscription.

Canceling Facetune on iPhone

Open the “Settings” app and tap on your name. On the iPhone connected to your Facetune account, select “Settings,” or the app that looks like a gray cog icon. Click on your name at the top of the screen, which is located above the text “Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases.”

Hit the “Subscriptions” button and choose “Facetune.” The “Subscriptions” button is located under the “Payment & Shipping” button. Once you click on it, a list of all your active subscriptions will pop up. Select your “Facetune” subscription to modify or cancel it.Advertisement

Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the screen. Read the on-screen instructions to finalize your cancellation, then hit “Confirm.” The expiration date of your subscription will be listed underneath the text “You’ve canceled your subscription.”
- You still have access to your subscription until the end of your membership.

Open the “Google Play Store” app and tap on your profile. Logged into the same account connected to your Facetune subscription, click on the Google Play Store app —it looks like a triangle with green, blue, red, and yellow colors inside of it. Tap the “Payments & subscriptions” button and select “Subscriptions.” Once the pop up menu opens, hit the “Payments & subscriptions” button that is located under “Offers and notifications.” Then, click on the “Subscriptions” button to pull up a list of all your active and inactive subscriptions. Go to Facetuneapp.com and log into your account. Enter your email address, along with the 6-digit verification code that is sent to your email. Once you sign in, you can manage your Facetune subscription. [4] X Research source

Canceling Facetune on PayPal

Sign in to your PayPal account and click the gear icon. On the PayPal home page , click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password to access your account. Then, hit the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen (next to “Log out”). [7] X Research source

Select “Facetune” and hit “Remove PayPal as your payment method.” On the left side of the screen, there is a list of all your active subscriptions. Click on Facetune, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Hit the “Remove PayPal as your payment method” button at the bottom of the screen to deactivate autopay and cancel your subscription.
