Did you make a mistake when putting your birthday on Facebook? You can easily change it on the mobile app or desktop website. Alternatively, you can choose to hide your birthday by changing your privacy settings. Keep in mind that birthdays can only be changed once every few days (or even weeks). This wikiHow will show you how to change your birthday on Facebook using your iPhone, iPad, or Android Facebook app. Or, if you're on the computer, we'll show you how to make the change on your desktop browser.

  2. Tap Settings .
  3. Tap See more in Accounts Center .

    Why can't I change my birth date multiple times on Facebook?

    You can change your birth date 2 weeks after your last change. You can change your birth date only 3 times total. It's limited to prevent fraudulent accounts. If you weren't able to enter your birth date successfully in 3 attempts, contact Facebook support.
