    • To get a Libby book on your Kindle, your Kindle must have an internet connection. If your Kindle can't connect to Wi-Fi, you won't be able to get a Libby book on your Kindle device. However, you can still get it delivered to your Kindle app or Kindle for the Web.

    Click or tap Loans . It's at the top of the screen, above the Holds option.
    • If you don't currently have any loans, click the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen and search for a book you'd like to borrow, then click or tap Borrow next to the book.

    Click or tap Read With Kindle . The button will be under the book's title.

    Sign in with Amazon. If your Kindle is not connected to your Amazon account, you must connect it before proceeding. If your Kindle is brand new, simply plug it in and go through the first-time setup—the Kindle will ask you to register the device to your Amazon account. If the Kindle is not new and is registered to a different Amazon account:
    • Open your Kindle's settings and tap on Your account .
    • Tap Deregister device and then re-register your Kindle under the correct Amazon account.

    Click or tap Get Library Book . The Libby book is now connected to your Amazon account, and you can access it on your Kindle device, in the Kindle app, or in Kindle for Web. The book will be in your library with the rest of your ebooks. [1]
    • Kindle device: Once your Amazon account syncs with your Kindle, the book will be available to read. To speed up this process, open your Kindle and swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap Sync .
