    The problem is that you are looking at someone's exterior (their appearance) and comparing yourself to those superficial standards. Comparing yourself to others is a sure way to lose confidence. Focus on what makes you you, what makes you unique, and what you are good at. Attitude has more to do with confidence than outside appearances.
