Even though I beat the Elite 4, not all of the mega stones were there. What do I have to do?

You have to go to Kiloude City and do 1 Battle Maison Battle. Then, go to the lake and find Serena; battle and beat her. Go to Anistar, touch the sundial by talking to Scycimore, and look between 8 and 9 PM.

No. Beedrillite is new to ORAS. You cannot find it in Pokemon X or Y. The only way to get it that I can think of is to trade it down from ORAS to X/Y.
