Yes,absolutely. Once you download the app and fulfill your objective, go back to feature points and check if you have gotten your points. If you have gotten them, uninstall the app and continue, but if not retry the objective again. Please not, it may take a while to receive your points, you should wait a while first after you have completed the objective.
