  1. This is pronounced "tee-mee-lai kas-to chuh". This is supposed to be said casually, to a friend, or someone your age. It is best not to say this in a formal environment.

  1. for formal settings. This is pronounced "tapai-lai kas-to chuh."
  2. Replace "तपाइलाई कस्तो छ" with "तपाइ कसरी हो", (pronounced tapai kas-ree ho) as an alternative. Keep in mind that it isn't used too often.
  3. Know that the only difference between the informal and the formal way of saying this is the replacement of "तिमि" with "तपाई". Both, however, mean "you".

  1. in Nepali, say "मलाइ सन्चै छ" which is pronounced as "ma-laai san-che chuh" and means "I'm doing well."
  2. Try "म ठिक छु" which means "I'm fine." It is pronounced as "ma tick choo".
